Our Challenge–by–Choice philosophy enables every participant to experience their own success in the context of their own aspirations during team building. The Team Development High Ropes Course enables participants to grow at both an individual and team level by exploring leadership and communication concepts, problem-solving, and coaching.
Team Development High Ropes
The different elements of our Team Development High Ropes course call upon every member of the team to participate and they are presented with unending opportunities for self-discovery and team growth. Our instructors will cover skills in climbing and belaying thoroughly and facilitate both your team as whole and individual members to explore beyond their comfort zones. They can then discover their true potential and what they are capable of achieving during Team Development.
This is a hugely rewarding activity for teams and individuals alike and perfect for teams of 10- 36 people. An ideal activity for companies and corporate team building, sports teams, large family and friend groups, hen parties and stag parties. It helps if you have a head for heights but don’t worry your team will get you through! This fun and challenging activity can be combined with other activities such as SKYPARK Zipline course, Footgolf & Crystal Maze.
High All Aboard
Four members of the team will climb up a central pole; 35ft high and then climb onto a small platform. Once all four members are “all aboard” the team will hold hands and gradually lean back together – until all members are leaning fully over the platform.
A great group activity – team members are faced with a giant ladder with large round beams for the rungs. Working together – all four members will climb up each rung to get to the top! The higher you go, the further the beams are apart – the team set their own objectives of how high they want to climb.
Leap of Faith
Individually or in pairs participants will climb a central pole, reaching 35ft high, once at the top of the pole – they will need to position themselves onto a small platform. On the count of 3 – the team will shout “jump” and the participants will jump off the platform to catch the trapeze – dangling a few feet in front of them.
Incline Log & Multi Vine
This exercise comprises of two elements, the incline beams and the mutli vine. Participants firstly traverse the incline beams, which are set at different gradients, the higher the beam from the ground the steeper the gradient. At the top is a tight rope and multi-vine.
