Team Development High Ropes

By in Sky

Our Challenge–by–Choice philosophy enables every participant to experience their own success in the context of their own aspirations during team building.  The Team Development High Ropes Course enables participants to grow at both an individual and team level by exploring leadership and communication concepts, problem-solving, and coaching.

Team Development High Ropes

The different elements of our Team Development High Ropes course call upon every member of the team to participate and they are presented with unending opportunities for self-discovery and team growth.  Our instructors will cover skills in climbing and belaying thoroughly and facilitate both your team as whole and individual members to explore beyond their comfort zones.  They can then discover their true potential and what they are capable of achieving during Team Development.

This is a hugely rewarding activity for teams and individuals alike and perfect for teams of 10- 36 people. An ideal activity for companies and corporate team building, sports teams, large family and friend groups, hen parties and stag parties. It helps if you have a head for heights but don’t worry your team will get you through! This fun and challenging activity can be combined with other activities such as SKYPARK Zipline course, FootgolfCrystal Maze.
