Specialist Corporate Team Building Programmes
Survivor Challenge (Half Day)
Based in our Woodland and Quarry area, the Survivor Challenge combines a number of our most popular activities: Ziplining, Rock Climbing, Shelter Build, Brain Teaser Tasks & Stretcher Carry. Some of the tasks are physical, some are mental, some deal with overcoming fears. Your team must work together to overcome all of the tasks.
This activity is physically and mentally challenging, so your team needs to work closely together to overcome the obstacles. Which team will SURVIVE by the end of the Challenge and come out on top?
Titanic Challenge (Half Day)
Can your team sail the high seas on the ship that teamwork built… or will you sink?
This inspirational corporate event helps teams to discover how innovation and the blending of skills from different individuals can make difficult tasks easier to achieve. Teams are presented with an outwardly impossible task: construct a seaworthy vessel in a short time with unlikely building materials.
Titanic Challenge hinges on project management, group communication, initiative and keeping a cool head under pressure. Your team can explore their creativity and problem solving by designing, building and racing their craft.
As every team member has a role to play in the various challenges that are presented to them, Titanic Challenge is a hugely rewarding experience for all.
Team Development High Ropes (Half Day)
Our Challenge–by–Choice philosophy enables every participant to experience their own success in the context of their own aspirations. The Team Development High Ropes Course enables participants to grow at both the team and individual levels by exploring leadership and communication concepts, problem-solving, and coaching.
The different elements call upon every member of the team to participate and they present unending opportunities for self-discovery and team growth. Our instructors will cover skills in climbing and belaying thoroughly and facilitate your team as whole and individual members to explore outside their comfort zones so they can discover their true potential and what they are capable of achieving when doing so. This is a hugely rewarding activity for teams and individuals alike and perfect for teams of 12- 36 people.
Crystal Maze (Half Day)
Work together as a team to solve a series of interactive challenges that will test a wide array of skills and abilities within your team. Use logic and lateral thinking to tackle the obscure and interesting tasks at hand in order to gain as many of the precious gems as possible to get off the “island”. The clock is ticking and the countdown is on as you aim to complete as many of the 22 challenges across our 16 acre park as possible.
Challenges are designed to provoke self-analysis within your team to discover how they can work more efficiently to achieve better results with every new problem that they are faced with. Our instructors are specially trained to facilitate your team’s development whilst ensuring everyone is having a great fun.
A great benefit of this activity is that you no longer have to worry about keeping everyone happy, as the mix of (light) physical, mental and skill challenges really means it’s suitable for all. It is an ideal option for corporate team building or company sports and social events and remains Ireland’s biggest and best permanent team building arena.
Cu Chulainn Corporate Challenge (Full Day)
The Cu Chulainn Challenge combines 2 of the half day activities into a full day of adventure! You get 2 x 3hr activities, at a discounted rate and with a free hot lunch! The activities are very different types of challenges so your team will have varied learning experiences and challenges so it will contribute even more to team development and momentum.
Teams score points across the 2 different activities and receive a final score at the end, as part of an awards ceremony for the winning team. You can also add in some personalised awards if you choose 🙂 Due to the scoring there is a real incentive for the teams to work together and even if a team is weaker at one particular challenge it means they can make it up on the other one. In addition, the winning team gets added to our Cu Chulainn Challenge Leaderboard against other companies!
There are a few advantages of the Cu Chulainn Challenge. It tests all skills, so whilst some staff might be good at watersports others might be good at heights, or mental challenges or physical challenges. It means the entire team have to contribute and everyone picks up new roles and skills. Your team is together for the full day so people really get to know each other and bond. Teams overcome one challenge in the morning, relax with a hot lunch and then blast their way through a totally different challenge in the afternoon. Its a serious day’s adventure, team building & fun.
